Hi! I’m Bridge—an artist, portrait photographer and graphic designer based in Los Angeles. Lately, I’ve been most inspired by the digital world as a medium. My artistic style is strongly influenced by light. This understanding of how light affects our feelings and perspective is central to the name 'Moodlight' and also a reference to the fact that, for me, a well-lit, structured, and visually pleasing workspace is essential for focus and productivity.

I approached designing these planners with the same philosophy I’d use to design a physical space. I want users to feel inspired and comforted, much like stepping into a beautifully designed hotel or living room. My aim was to create a digital space that is organized, encourages relaxation and motivates you to happily jump into your work.

I used to resist planning, and just hearing the words 'Excel spreadsheet' would make me cringe. But once I began exploring digital planning, particularly with Notion, it quickly became obvious how much simpler and more effective it is to visualize and track goals in detail. After just a short time working in Notion, I found I was wanting to use my planners more than social apps that had previously been stealing my attention for hours per day. The site became a space that showed me the more I treated my own life like a work of art, carefully planned with awareness, the more motivated I became to keep up on even mundane tasks. With this, I watched my confidence and motivation grow.

Whether you're a planning expert or just beginning, I hope you’ll find yourself thinking, 'This is actually fun and I can't wait to plan!' The science behind planning is clear—it has undeniable benefits. It’s good for you! So, get planning! :) And remember, the journey is just as important as the destination.

I currently use several Notion planners and it has become my go-to tool for organizing business tasks, blogging, and projects. As someone who usually keeps a few physical journals, I’ve also found it incredibly helpful to use Notion in a similar creative way. I love how my writings are now neatly organized by topic, and I can effortlessly share notes or blogs with all relevant links and images right at hand. Notion has completely transformed the way I work—helping me get much more done with greater fluidity and ease.
